Origin-Destination Statistics (ODS) is a monthly collection of scheduled international passenger, freight and mail statistics. The units of measurements are passenger numbers by class of travel (first, intermediate/business and economy), accompanied by freight and mail kilograms. Passenger, freight and mail data is collected from individual airlines and aggregated at various levels starting with city pairs.
ODS is a PRIVATE collection restricted to participating airlines. If you want to participate in this data collection, please go to our Monthly Statistics work group page.
IATA's wealth of historical ODS data, dating back to 1988, permits us to offer valuable tailor-made reports to industry decision-makers. If you are not an airline but wish to learn more about our services please visit our customized analysis & statistical services.
Alternatively, summary ODS data is available publicly through IATA's monthly Route Tracker publication (PDF format).
